1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Certain products (like innerwear or specific promotional freebies) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Please share clear unboxing photos/videos and your order ID with our customer support team via email at santoshkumar8197292@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 8434704572.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund.

4. Return Process & Shipping Charges

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone.

  • Return Shipping: We offer reverse pickup for major pin codes. If a reverse pickup is not available for your location, you may need to self-ship the product back to us.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount. COD processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
